Bruschetta caprese - Cremac

👩‍🍳  Bruschetta caprese

Definitely the queen of appetizers and cocktails 🍸 . This dish of Italian origins is simple but wins us over with its traditional Mediterranean charm 🇮🇹

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 ½ cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 gr. of our Holland cheese
  • 20 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Start by preheating a moderate oven (180°C).

2. In the meantime, cut the baguette bread into slices. You have the option of adding a little butter or olive oil. You can also leave the slices plain.

3. Put them on a tray and bake them in the oven for about 7 minutes. Until they are golden brown.

4. Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters.

5. Next, cut the cheese into cubes.. 

6. Put the basil leaves, tomatoes and cheese in a bowl. Season them with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

Once the bread is ready, place a little of the mixture on each one and serve.
