👩🍳 Dulce de Leche Truffles
The holidays are coming and your sweet table can’t be without these super easy to prepare truffles! 😋💙
🏷 Ingredients:
- 150 g. of crackers (unsalted and unsweetened).
- 200g. of Cremac® confectionary Dulce de leche
- 50g. of grated coconut
🍴 Preparation:
1. Crush the crackers in a bowl until they are like powder. You can do it with a mixer or by hand with a potato masher.
2. Add the dulce de leche and mix vigorously. You should have a uniform, but rustic dough.
3. Now comes the fun part! Form the dough into little balls and roll them in grated coconut.
4. Place the excess coconut on top of the balls and put them in the fridge for 15 minutes. Done! Now you have your dulce de leche truffles.
Be careful, they are very addictive!
