
👩🍳 Red Cabbage and Blue Cheese Salad
This is THE salad we all look forward to on the Christmas table 🙏The exquisite flavour of our blue cheese gives that perfect touch to this exquisite combination!
🏷 Ingredients:
- 1/2 cabbage
- pieces of Cremac Blue Cheese
- 2 tbsp of Cremac heavy cream
- 4 chopped walnuts
- Salt, pepper and olive oil
🍴 Preparation of the salad:
1. Cut the cabbage into quarters, remove the thick, white stem in the middle. Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power.
2. Mash the Roquefort with the cream until you have a thick sauce and the Roquefort is well distributed throughout the sauce.
3. Slice the cabbage to taste, dip in the Roquefort and cream sauce and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
